Training

In addition to creating the software our team are available for running software system training sessions. These sessions are available both on-site and remotely depending on the number of attendees and individual system requirements.

During these sessions each area of the system and each functionality within it will be covered in detail. The objective of the sessions will be to leave the staff feeling comfortable on how to use the system and for the instigators of the system to feel they are getting the most from their new investment.

Training support can be provided in one of two ways:
  • Ad Hoc Training Plan - whenever you require additional staff training contact us and we will make all of the arrangements for you.
  • Monthly Training Plan - if you have lots of staff and will require multiple training days the monthly plan would secure training sessions as and when you need them at a discounted rate.
